Beginners, All Ages and Fitness Levels Welcome!

Based in the chq building in the IFSC, Dublin 1, PilatesIFSC is the new way to incorporate fun, fitness and overall wellbeing into your working day leaving you relaxed and stress free ready to enjoy the rest of your day.

We are offering a choice of classes to suit every taste, interest and level of fitness and due to an overwhelming interested we have extend our classes until December 2009. New Class coming in the New Year......Intermediate/Advanced Level Classes and Classes using small equipment.......as well as Beginner Level Classes'

Classes are affordable and flexible to fit in with peoples working day. Please feel free to suggest alternative times/days as more classes can be added to the schedule.
